Nicavita.com was created after many amazing life events, experiences and research that instilled in me long lasting personal survival instincts and a strong passion to change lifestyle for the better.  Now, through this medium, the time has come to share it with other like-minded people who may be interested to do the same and/or much, much better.

Sharing knowledge accumulated so far, is my pleasure and a passion. Please note that the word “God” is mentioned freely through-out this website and this should not offend anyone since this is my choice to express a “Higher Power” that I cannot express in any other way. With that said, know that I respect your own choices of words no matter what race, color, religion, spiritual beliefs or culture background you may have been born with, hope this is clear and if not, PLEASE comment, I love to interact with you anytime.

For me, making the right choices and decisions for one self is a great success. Yes, I am with you, we know success could mean different things to all of us, but hope that once we agree on this, together we can focus on improving everything we do, say and think according to our knowledge, understand and awareness.

In brief, let me write about me.  I am an ordinary Italian/Canadian, self learning type or men, just turned 62 last in the beginning of 2008, (this makes me a true baby boomer, right?). I have two great grown-up kids (both married) and four lovely and precious grandchildren’s (Payton 12 – Alessandro 10  –  Alyssa 4 and Leo a 5 months bundle of joy).  Retired early because of a work related injury and permanent disability, way back in 1987. Now I enjoy a healthy lifestyle, very active and always into a new project to keep me young. It was not always this way, since after overcoming the permanent injury, some time before 1996-1997 a life threatening illness showed up in my life (I named it, God message in disguise), and in truth I can attest that was when my life really started to have a deeper, deeper, deeper meaning… the rest is history and you can read more here…
