Research has shown that the environment we create around us, greatly influence our thoughts, our core desire, our life and planetary direction. Recent worldly disasters have been linked to environment changes create by all of us humans. In my humble opinion there is a simple solution and that is by immediately take proper action to educe Co2 emission by immediately adopting a plant based diet and create a constructive environment around us, according to our desired outcome to live and let live.

Consciously or unconsciously along our pathway of life, we have created our present environment; Now we do have the power to influence our planetary directions and reverse the destructive trend we are facing in these trying times. Let's all work together and assist the billions of living cells in our body to perform the job perfectly, as they were intended to.

The world is rapidly changing, everything change and we are forever changing, let's work together according to our own DNA, our core desire, our experience, intelligence and know how to bring back balance.

By activating our core desire, we activate our perfect inner strength, (God Power) and in the process we create balance between our physical, emotional and spiritual aspects of ourselves. A Meat Free Lifestyle.

As recent as 30 years a go, no restaurant had any menu items specifically addressing a meat free or any plant base food diet, actually, I believe it was unheard of.

Today (thank God and the tireless hard work of millions of health conscious and compassionate individuals) that has changed dramatically and this new diet initiative has started a wave trend among people in the USA, Canada, Europe and the world.

Amazingly, this ongoing vegetarian food trend is applied religiously by those who consider taking a more active role to maintain or regain their optimum health. Research shows that a plant base (true vegetarian and vegan) diet have immediate and long lasting health and wellness benefits, as well as making a constructive difference in the urgent global warming and climate change issue.

Here are some recent updated indicators shared by health conscious friends:

1... According to the U.S. Department of Agriculture, the number of animals killed for food in the U.S. this year is expected to drop by six per cent from 2008.

2... It come to our attention that this book, “Eating Animals” by Jonathan Foer, have made the number one best sellers list of vegan books. Other related book titles have made the Amazon number one bestseller list as: The Dogs in My Life, The Birds in My life and The Noble Wild by Supreme Master Ching Hai.

3... Food, Inc. One of the meat-industry exposé is being considered for an Oscar nomination.

4... Other animal butchering empires like Cargill, ConAgra have launched a variety of vegan food products.

5... As recently as March 2009, the U.S. National Cancer Institute reported that people who consumed mostly red meat were "most likely to die from cancer, heart disease, and other similar deadly causes."

6... According to the American Dietetic Association's public opinion survey Nutrition and You: Trends 2008 Americans are eating more whole-grain foods, fruits and vegetables then they did five years ago, and most have reduced the amounts of food they eat that contain trans fats.

7... Two World Bank scientists claimed in the November issue of World Watch magazine that meat production may account for more than half of all man-made greenhouse-gas emissions.

The coming of a New Year and the New Decade is a great opportunity and the best time to explore all the old and new vegetarian and vegan dietary fashion trends, other healthful vegan initiatives and the delicious foods that are popping up in our ever growing modern supermarkets...
